A Proposal of Application Notice has recently been submitted to City of Edinburgh Council in respect of the site at Fettes Row/Dundas Street/Eyre Terrace/Eyre Place for the following development:
Erection of mixed-use development comprising residential, student accommodation, office, and other commercial uses, with associated landscaping/public realm, car parking and access arrangements.
The two public consultation events where members of the design team will be available to provide more details of the proposals and answer any questions, were held in October 2024.
We are now reviewing feedback received at the consultation event and during the proceeding weeks. There will be another opportunity to provide comments at the second consultation event on the 27th November.
